- 3 Frozen bananas
- 2tbsp Almond butter
- 2tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1tsp Vanilla essence
- 6 Blocks of ice
- 250ml Gero Lactose Free Milk
- Peel and slice three frozen bananas.
- Add the bananas and Gero Lactose Free milk to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the cinnamon, almond butter and cocoa powder to the mixture and blend.
- Add the six blocks of ice and blend until smooth.
- Serve chilled and with sliced bananas as a topping.
