Ingredients: 

30 ml butter
50 ml sugar
3 eggs, beaten
50 ml self-raising flour
2 ml salt
200 ml milk
175 ml plain GERO YOGURT
410 g tin sweet corn

50 - 60 MINUTES

SERVES EIGHT

DIRECTIONS

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well. Add flour and salt and mix. Add milk, yogurt and sweet corn and mix well. Pour into a greased oven dish 260 x 160 mm and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until set and golden brown. Serve immediately as a vegetable for a main meal. HINT: Sweet corn can be replaced with canned peas or asparagus salad cuts.
